The entire Orthodent Centers team is pleased to announce that ISO 9001 quality certification has been awarded to Orthodent in May 2017.
ISO 9001 certification, what is it ?
The ISO 9001 standard is published by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Subcommittee.
This standard defines requirements for the establishment of a quality management system for organizations wishing to continuously improve customer satisfaction and provide compliant products and services.
Implementing a quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001 consists of:
• Demonstrating the ability to regularly deliver a product that meets customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Seeking to increase customer satisfaction through effective application of the system and in particular, implementing a process of continuous improvement
Why is it so important to be ISO 9001 certified ?
In our Centers which are specialized in orthodontics, the quality rests very much on the personnel who must be perfectly trained and who must also have good contact with the patients.
